新生儿脐血视黄醇结合蛋白和前白蛋白作为胎儿营养指标的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨剖宫产新生儿营养状况。方法采用酶联免疫法检测４９名剖宫产母婴血ＲＢＰ和ＰＡ水平。结果正常体重儿脐血ＲＢＰ和ＰＡ水平明显高于低体重儿。正常体重儿母亲血ＲＢＰ和ＰＡ水平明显高于低体重儿母亲的ＲＢＰ和ＰＡ水平，结论脐血ＲＢＰ、ＰＡ水平有可能成为反映围产因素造成的胎儿宫内营养不良的有用指标。针对脐血蛋白分析补给适当的蛋白和其他营养素以确保新生儿正常生长发育。Objective To investigate nutritional status of fetus delivered by cesarean section.Method Cord serum concentration of Retinal Binding protein and prealbumin of 49 mothers and their infants was determined by enzyme immunoassay.Results Cord serum concentration of RBP and PA in normal birth weight infants and their mothers was higher than that of RBP and PA in low birth weight infants and their mothers.Conclusion cord serum concentration of RBP and PA can be used as nutritional indices of fetal malnutrition A suitable amount of protein and other nutrient supplement to neonates would be helpful.
