摘　　要：目的:探讨腹腔镜手术治疗良性卵巢囊肿的临床应用价值。方法:收集我院经病理证实为良性卵巢囊肿患者83例,其中腹腔镜手术治疗39例,与开腹手术治疗44例进行比较。结果:腹腔镜手术组术手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院天数、术后活动时间、并发症发生率均明显低于开腹手术组。结论:腹腔镜手术治疗良性卵巢囊肿明显优于开腹手术,具有创伤小、疼痛轻、康复快、并发症少等优点,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To explore the clinical value of laparoscope in the treatment of benign ovarian cysts.Methods：To collect 83 patients with pathologically confirmed benign ovarian cysts.Among them,39 cases of laparoscopic surgery were compared with 44 cases of open surgery.Results：Peritoneoscope benign ovarian cysts surgery was significantly lower than open surgery in operative time intraoperative blood loss,postoperative hospital stay,postoperative freely active time and the incidence of complications.Conclusion：Laparoscopic surgery for benign ovarian cysts is superior to open surgery with the advantages of less trauma,light pain,rapid recovery,fewer complications,etc,and worthy of clinical promoting.
