摘　　要：文中运用ANSYS Workbench对二板注塑机合模机构整体结构进行了有限元分析,得到了应变和应力计算结果。通过对计算结果详细分析后,提出了进一步优化合模机构整体结构设计的改进建议。In this paper, ANSYS Workbench has been used in FEA of the clamping mechanism in the two-plate injection machine, and the deformation and stress results are obtained. After analyzing the results in detail, the recommendations to improve the design which can further optimize the structure of the clamping mechanism are presented, and the stiffness and strength of the system are improved.
