摘　　要：分析了茶叶揉捻原理,并确定了自动控制总体设计思路。总体方案以PLC控制为主,分为调速、压力控制、上下叶控制以及显示四个子系统。通过简单分析,对PLC进行了硬件选择和连接。介绍了整个自动控制系统的通讯处理,通信协议采用Modbus RTU协议。The simply analyzes the principle of tea twisting. Then the whole design train of thought of automation control is proposed, which is divided into four subsystem： speed regulating, pressure control, the control of handling of leaves and display, taking PLC as the main control unit. The selection and connect of PLC are realized by simple analysis. The communication of the whole system is analyzed to establish Modbus communication protocol
