摘  要:在分析搅拌摩擦焊原理的基础上,自制了便携式搅拌摩擦焊原理样机,进行了3 mm厚7A52铝合金薄板的焊接试验。结果表明,在辅助热源加热条件和外加作用力适当的情况下,搅拌头转速为800 r/min时,能够获得表面成形良好的焊接接头,验证了便携式搅拌摩擦焊设备研制的可行性。从设备、工艺和偏移力等方面分析了原理样机中存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决措施,为下一步研制搅拌摩擦焊设备提供了理论指导。接头的微观组织和显微硬度的测试分析表明,其与普通搅拌摩擦焊接头类似。According to the principles of FSW, the portable FSW device was made and used in the welding experiments of 3 mm aluminum alloy plate. The results indicate that good weld appearance can be obtained when the speed of rotation is 800 r/min under the proper heating conditions and impressed forces, which verifies the feasibility of portable FSW device. The problem existing in the schematic model machine were analyzed according to the device, technology and excursion force, and the corresponding measures were put forward, which offer the theoretical direction for the further development of FSW device. The test and analysis results show that the microstructure and mierohardness of the portable FSW joint are similar to those of the normal FSW joint.
