摘　　要：对蒙乃尔合金400(Monel-400)材料焊接裂纹及其成因进行了分析,通过焊接试验研究,摸索和总结出了化工用蒙乃尔合金容器的焊接工艺,制定了相应的焊接工艺评定及专项技术措施,为现场优化施焊蒙乃尔合金容器及高返修合格率积累了一定经验,对类似设备的焊接制造亦有积极的指导作用。The formation and fomation reason of welding cracks in Monel-400 containers were analyzed. A set of valid welding process was summarized and appropriate welding quality assessments and professional welding measures were put forward, which can improve the welding quality for Monel-400 and increase the qualified rate of repair welding. The studies offer the directions for the welding of the similar equipmeats.
