企业信息管理人员信息行为和信息素养研究

摘　　要：通过对企业中的信息管理职员进行访谈和采用内容分析法,分析企业信息管理人员在职业环境和工作任务中的信息行为特征,并从业务素养和核心能力的角度分析他们应具备的信息素养。研究结果显示,企业需要加强对信息管理人员在人际信息交流方面的保障,更多地重视信息管理工作的桥梁和纽带作用,为他们提供更多的培训机会。In-depth interviews with information management professionals in enterprises are implemented and content analysis method is used in this paper, with which information behavior characteristics of them in professional environment and tasks are analyzed, and the required information literacy and professional capacity are illuminated. The results suggest that, enterprises should reinforce the interpersonal information communication for those professionals, pay more attention to the role of information management profession as bridge： and ligament, and provide sufficient trainings for them.
