摘　　要：分析过磷酸钙混化工段化成室内切削机传动竖轴外伸轴颈断裂原因,改进竖轴轴头结构和提高轴头表面加工精度,有效减小轴颈部位的应力集中,提高疲劳极限,延长了竖轴使用时间,并改用焊接修复断轴的方法,抢修时间由原来的4～5d减少到12h。The fracture of cutter vertical axis journal in SSP solidification section is analyzed. By improving the structure and the machining precision of axle head, the stress concentration of axle journal is reduced effectively, the fatigue limit is increased, the life of vertical axis is prolonged. The repair time of the broken axis is reduced from 4- 5 d to 12 h with the present welding method.
