摘　　要：介绍粉状MAP工艺设计中有关磷酸萃取尾气吸收、中和浓缩二次蒸汽的净化处理、中和浓缩的过料配管、干燥尾气处理等工艺的优化设计,经多家粉状MAP厂家生产运行考核,工艺先进,技术成熟可靠,生产运行稳定。The optimization designs are introduced, including the containing tail gas absorption of extraction in WPA production, purification treatment of secondary steam from neutralizing concentration process and treatment of dry tail gas etc. By running assessment from a number of manufacturers to produce powder MAP, the results show that the process is advanced, the technology is mature and reliable and the production running is stable.
