摘  要:采用OM、SEM、XRD等方法,试验研究了S08A1热轧板冷轧退火后的组织、织构特征及其力学性能。结果表明:冷轧退火后组织与热轧态差别较大,随退火温度升高,晶粒变大,组织更均匀,游离渗碳体的级别降低;650℃和700℃退火后带钢中部的{111}织构强度差别不大。4种退火工艺相比,700℃/6h退火后带钢的综合力学性能最好。Microstructure,texture and mechanical property of the S08Al cold rolled sheet after annealing were studied by using OM,SEM and XRD etc.The results showed that microstructures of cold rolled sheet after annealing and hot rolled sheet were different.Meanwhile,the crystal grains were larger,microstructure was more homogeneous,and cementite grade was lowered with annealing temperature increasing.The {111} texture strength of S08Al cold rolled sheet at 650℃annealing was same as the value at 700℃.Four annealing processes were contrasted,the mechanical property of cold rolled sheet at 700℃annealing 6h was best.
