摘　　要：分析了热镀锌光整过程中产生光整花表面质量缺陷的控制系统方面的原因,通过定期检查和校正反馈检测元件,加强日常点检和维护工作,提高了轧制力和辊缝位置检测值的准确性,消除了光整花质量缺陷。The causes appeared skin passed mark defect during hot-dipped galvanizing were analyzed from control system.Therefore,the defect can be eliminated by periodic inspection and calibration detection devices, strengthening the inspection and maintenance,improving the accuracy of rolling force and position measured values.
