摘　　要：试验研究新型环保醚酯类增塑剂RPL-1用量对丙烯酸酯橡胶(ACM)性能的影响。结果表明,随着增塑剂RPL-1用量的增大,ACM胶料的门尼粘度下降,流动性显著改善;ACM硫化胶的硬度、100%定伸应力、拉伸强度和撕裂强度总体呈减小趋势,拉断伸长率、回弹值和压缩永久变形增大,耐低温性能和耐油性能提高。The effect of the addition level of a new type environment-friendly ether ester plasticizer RPL-1 on the properties of ACM was experimentally investigated.The results showed that,as the addition level of plasticizer RPL-1 increased,the Mooney viscosity of ACM compound decreased,the flowability improved significantly;the Shore A hardness,modulus at 100% elongation,tensile strength and tear strength of ACM vulcanizate decreased,the elongation at break,resilience and compression set increased,and the low temperature resistance and oil resistance improved.
