夏陈化痰口服液治疗缓解期小儿支气管肺炎

摘　　要：目的观察夏陈化痰口服液对小儿缓解期支气管肺炎的疗效。方法将104例缓解期小儿支气管肺炎患儿随机分为两组各52例。对照组继续予常规西医抗炎治疗。干预组予夏陈化痰口服液(半夏、陈皮、茯苓、泽泻、车前草、白术、党参、山药和甘草)治疗,疗程不等。观察两组症状和体征消失的时间、平均住院时间、住院费用,判定疗效。结果两组住院费用比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组总有效率均为100%,比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组咳喘症状和肺部啰音消失时间及住院时间比较,差异也无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论夏陈化痰口服液在改善小儿咳嗽、气促、咯痰等肺炎症状及体征方面与对照组疗效相当,且住院费用明显降低,可避免静脉注射引起的疼痛,值得临床推广使用。【Objective】To observe xiachen acetylcysteine therapeutic for paracme bronchial pneumonia in children.【Methods】104 children about paracme bronchopneumonic are divided randomly into 2 groups.The control group continued tuberactin conventional Western anti-inflammatory treatment（pinelliae tuber,tangerine peel,Poria,Alisma,plantain,Atractylodes,Codonopsis,Chinese yam,licorice）the intervention group cure with Xiachen acetylcysteine,treatment time is different.To observe the symptoms and signs disappeared in time,the average length of stay,hospital costs,determine the efficacy.【Results】Hospital cost comparison between 2 groups was statistically sig-nificant（P 0.01）;both of the total effective rate was 100%,and there was no statistically significant（P 0.05）.Group 2 cough symptoms,and pulmonary rales disappeared and hospital stay,the difference was not statistically significant（P 0.05）.【Conclusion】Xiachen acetylcysteine improve pediatric cough,shortness of breath,stethocatharsis and other symptoms and signs of pneumonia.It was very effective with the control group,and significantly reduced hospitalization costs,avoid the pain caused by intravenous injection.It Worthy of clinical use
