曲马多静脉滴注治疗肾绞痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨曲马多静脉滴注治疗肾绞痛的疗效。方法采用曲马多静脉滴注治疗肾绞痛,与强痛定、解痉药治疗肾绞痛随机对照观察。结果研究组与对照组比较,显效率差异有显著性(P<0.05),复发率减少(P<0.05),差异有显著性。同时,尿潴留的副作用发生率也明显减少(P<0.025)。结论曲马多静脉滴注对肾绞痛有明显的镇痛作用,可作为治疗肾绞痛的急诊用药。【Objective】To investigate the intravenous infusion of tramadol in the treatment of renal colic.【Methods】Intravenous infusion of tramadol was compared with bucinperazine,or antispasmodic drug in the treatment of renal colic in randomized controlled subjects.【Results】Compared with the control group,the effective rate of the study group was significantly higher（P 0.05）.The relapse rate was significantly lower（P 0.05）.Among the side effects,urinary retention is significantly lower（P 0.025）.【Conclusion】Tramadol infusion has good analgesic effect in renal colic and can be used as the treatment of renal colic in the Emergency department.
