彩色多普勒超声检测糖尿病患者椎动脉的血流动力学改变

摘　　要：目的应用彩色多普勒检测糖尿病患者椎动脉血流动力学的改变及临床价值。方法应用彩色多普勒检测48例糖尿病患者椎动脉血流参数,包括最大速度(max)、最小速度(min)、阻力指数(RI)及血流量(Q),取35例健康正常人作对照,检测糖尿病患者椎动脉血流参数的改变。结果糖尿病组中椎动脉收缩期max、舒张期min及血流量Q均减低,但舒张期血流速度减低和阻力指数增高更明显,并具有统计学意义。结论糖尿病患者椎动脉血流动力学发生改变,椎动脉供血减少。彩色多普勒超声能提供一种快速、便捷和准确的检测方法 。【Objective】To evaluate the clinical value of applying the color Doppler to detect the hemodynamic changes of vertebral arteries in patients with diabetes.【Methods】The parameters of blood flow of vertebral artery were detected in 48 cases of patients with diabetes,including maximum speed（max）,minimum speed（min）,resistance index（RI）,blood flow（Q）.Thirty-five healthy adults were taken as controls.【Results】In the diabetic group,systolic max,diastolic min,blood flow Q were reduced,diastolic blood flow velocity was significantly reduced,and resistance index increased,which were statistically significant.【Conclusion】With the hemodynamic changes of vertebral arteries in diabetic patients,blood flow reduced in vertebral artery.Color Doppler can provide a fast,convenient and accurate detection method.
