摘 要:目的通过分析门诊就诊人员各阶段的等候时间,客观反映门诊患者的就医等候状况,为优化门诊就医流程提供参考。方法利用HIS系统记录的各就医环节的时间节点,分析对比2009年3月16~20日和2009年11月14~18日的就诊等候时间、就诊时间、划价等候时间、辅诊报告时间。结果分区就诊后与分区前对比,医生实际诊疗时间中位数延长了0.45min,就诊后至划价时间中位数由6.48min缩短为6.30min,挂号至就诊时间也略有缩短。结论HIS记录的门诊就诊各阶段的时间点能够对等待时间进行粗略分析,为优化就诊流程提供参考。Objective To reflect the situation of outpatients waiting for medical advice objectively through analyzing the time of each phrase outpatients should wait for, and to be well preferred for optimizing the procedures of seeking medical advice. Methods It is going to analyze and compare the waiting interval, consulting hours, waiting time for charging and auxiliary diagnosis reports between Mar. 16 to 20, 2009 and Nov. 14 to 18, 2009 by using point-in-time of each medical phrase of HIS recording. Results By contrast with the moment before dividing the region, the time doctors spent on advising in practice extends 0. 45 minutes, the time after seeking medical advice to the time spent on charging shortens from 6.48 minutes to 6.30 minutes, and the interval from register to treatment time shortens a bit as well. Conclusion It is possibly preferred to analyze the waiting time through point-in-time recorded by HIS sketchily for optimizing the procedures of seeking medical advice.
