摘　　要：目的为了方便无痛苦胃肠镜检查的患者,减少镇静剂及麻醉药物的用量及并发症,减少麻醉的风险性,提高检查效率。方法将一次性麻醉下胃肠镜联合检查的患者分为观察组(A组),不同时间分别麻醉下胃镜、肠镜检查的患者分为对照组(B组),观察两组患者检查的操作时间、术中反应、术后反应及麻醉药物的用量。结果 A组检查操作时间较B组短,A组术中反应及术后反映较B组好;A组麻醉药的用量及并发症较B组少。结论无痛苦胃肠镜联合检查对需要同时进行胃肠镜检查的患者来说是一个较好的选择方法。【Objective】Give convenience to patients who take the painless gastro-and colonscope associated examination,decrease the dosage of sedative and anesthetic agent,reduce the complications and anesthetic accidents,raise the efficiency of the examination.【Methods】We took group A for patients who had the painless gastro-and colonscopy associated,and group B for patients who had these examinations separately.Observed the dosage of anesthetic agent,time for the examination,patients＇reactions during the procedures and after their wake up.【Results】We spent less time for patients group A,their side-reactions during the examination and the dosage of anesthetic agent were less than patients group B.【Conclusions】Painless gastro-and colonscope associated examination may be recommened to patients who want to have both gastroscopy and colonscopy.
