摘  要:目的测定川贝母新的基源植物太白贝母(Fritil lariataipaiensis P.Y.Li)、瓦布贝母[Fritillaria unibracteata Hsiaoet K.C.Hsiavar.wabuensis(S.Y.Tanget S.C.Yue)Z.D.Liu,S.Wanget S.C.Chen]鳞茎中贝母辛的含量。方法采用HPLC-ELSD法,色谱柱为Agilent Hypersil BDS-C18(4.0mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水-二乙胺溶剂系统,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0mL.min-1,蒸发光散射检测器检测。结果贝母辛在40.75~815.00μg·mL-1内,峰面积对数与进样量对数呈良好线性关系(r=0.9994),贝母辛加样回收率为98.7%,RSD为2.5%(n=6);太白贝母中贝母辛含量为0.0173%~0.0376%,瓦布贝母中贝母辛含量为0.0233%~0.0528%。结论所测太白贝母和瓦布贝母样品中贝母辛的含量高于曾报道过的川贝母其他基源植物样品。OBJECTIVE To determine the content of peimisine in Fritillaria taipaiensis and Fritillaria unibracteata,the novel resource of fritillariae cirrhosae bulbus. METHODS A high performance liquid chromatography coupled with evaporative light scattering detector was employed,and peimisine was separated and quantified upon an Agilent Hypersil BDS-C18 column (4.0 mm×250 mm,5 μm) using acetonitrile-water-diethylamine as the mobile phase in a gradient program at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. RESULTS Within the test range of 40.75-815.00 μg·mL-1,the logarithm of peak area of peimisine versus the logarithm of nominal mass showed good correlation (r=0.999 4),and the mean recovery of analyte was 98.7% with RSD of 2.5% (n=6). The obtained content varied from 0.017 3% to 0.037 6% in Fritillaria taipaiensis and from 0.023 3% to 0.052 8% in Fritillaria unibracteata,respectively. CONCLUSION Fritillaria taipaiensis and Fritillaria unibracteata contained higher content of peimisine than fritillariae cirrhosae bulbus.
