纤维支气管镜在引导支气管阻塞器单肺通气中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的观察纤维支气管镜在引导气管阻塞器单肺通气中的应用效果。方法选择123例开胸手术拟行单肺通气手术患者为研究对象,观察纤维支气管镜引导支气管阻塞器进入一侧支气管的1次插管成功率、插入时损伤发生率、单肺通气效果。结果所有患者均1次插管成功,无插管损伤、单肺通气效果满意。体位改为侧位时23例支气管阻塞器套囊位置发生改变需作调整。结论纤维支气管镜引导插入支气管阻塞器具有定位准确、成功率高、损伤发生率低、单肺通气效果满意等优点。【Objective】To observe the effect of bronchofibroscope in guiding the putting of bronch-obturator for single lung ventilation.【Methods】123 patients who accepted open chest operation with single lung ventilation were selected as study subject to investigate the achievement ratio of one try in putting the bronch-obturator into one side of the bronchus,and the incidence of injury during this procedure and the effect of single lung ventilation by the guidance of the bronchofibroscope.【Results】It showed that by the guidance of bronchofibroscope,all the cases had successfully one try localization of bronch-obturator,no injury from the procedure,and had satisfaction ventilation effect.There were 23 patients needed re-localization after the position at lateral side.【Conclusions】By the guidance of bronchofibroscope,the localization of bronch-obturator becomes accurate,the achievement ratio of its one try in putting is high,and also the single lung ventilation effect is satisfied.
