腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢良性肿瘤27例

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜下卵巢良性肿瘤切除的临床疗效。方法选择27例卵巢良性肿瘤行腹腔镜手术治疗的患者为腹腔镜组,同时选择31例行开腹手术作对照组。结果两组手术时间差异无显著性(P>0.05),手术出血量:腹腔镜组为(37.3±8.1)mL,开腹组(156.1±11.7)mL,差异有显著性(P<0.05);平均住院时间:腹腔镜组(3.8±1.9)d,开腹组(10.6±2.1)d,差异有显著性(P<0.05);肛门排气时间:腹腔镜组(8.1±3.4)h,开腹组(45.1±4.1)h,差异有显著性(P<0.05);术后下床活动时间腹腔镜组为(6.3±0.9)h,开腹组(30.1±1.7)h;留置导尿管时间:腹腔镜组为(7.1±0.3)h,开腹组(29.7±3.5)h,差异有显著性(P<0.05);术后输液时间:腹腔镜组为(2.7±0.1)h,开腹组(6.4±0.7)h,差异有显著性(P<0.05);镇痛药物使用:腹腔镜组为3例,占11.1﹪,开腹组为25例,占81.3﹪。结论腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢良性肿瘤较开腹手术可减少手术出血量,缩短平均住院日,缩短术后恢复时间。【Objective】To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of benign ovarian tumor.【Methods】27 patients were treated with benign ovarian tumor by laparoscopic,at the same time,31 patients were treated by usual operation contrasted with the former.【Results】There were no difference in statistic with operative time in the two groups （P〈0.05）;the bleeding capacity was （37.3 ± 8.1） mL,and was （156.1 ± 11.7） mL in the control group （P〈0.01）;the average time in the hospital was （3.8 ± 1.9） d,and was （10.6±2.1） d in the control group （P〈0.01）;the time anus exhaust was （8.1 ± 3.4） h,and was （45.1 ± 4.1） h in the control group （P〈0.01）;the postoperative activity time was （6.3±0.9）h,and was （30.1 ± 1.7） h in the control group （P〈0.01）;the remain time with catheter was （7.1 ± 0.3） h,and was （29.7 ± 3.5） h in the control group （P〈0.01）;the transfusion time was （2.7 ± 0.1） h,and was （6.4 ± 0.7） h in the control group （P〈0.01）;the usage ease pain drug was 3 cases,up to 11.1 percent,and was 25 cases,up to 81.3 percent in the control group.【Conclusion】Laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of benign ovarian tumor is a good choice,in the proper application,which can reduce bleeding capacity,decrease the average time in the hospital.
