经纤支镜肺活检确诊1008例临床误诊病例分析

摘　　要：目的探讨纤维支气管镜肺活检对误诊病例确诊效果。方法纤支镜对1008例误诊患者行肺活检。结果经纤支镜肺活检诊断肺癌440例,肺结核364例,炎症240例,肺泡蛋白沉积症40例。结论纤维支气管镜配合肺活检能明确诊断误诊病例。【Objective】To discuss the diagnostic effect of fibrobronchoscope and biopsy on the clinical mis-diagonsed patients.【Methods】1 008 patients were performed by biopsy after the operation of fibrobronchoscope.【Result】The results of biopsy showed that 440 cases were lung cancer,364 cases were tuberculosis,240 cases were inflammation and 40 cases were pulmonary alveolar proteinosis.【Conclusion】Patients can be definitely diagnosed by fibrobrochoscope combined with lung biopsy.
