摘　　要：建筑市场信用系统是一个复杂的社会经济系统,要素之间存在着非线性关系,具有遵循因果律、反直观性、多重反馈和惯性抵制性等特殊的动态演进特性。文章运用演化经济学和系统动力学的理论和方法,深入剖析了建筑市场信用系统的演化过程和演进路径,构建了系统演进动力的钻石结构模型,揭示了其演进机理,为建筑市场信用系统建设提供理论依据和政策支持。The construction market credit system is a complex social and economic system with non-linear inner relationship among factors and especial dynamic evolution characteristics, such as following the law of causation, counter-intuitive, multiplexing feedback and inertia resistance. Based on the theory and approach of evolutionary economics and system dynamics, this paper analyzed the evolution path of the construction market credit system, put forward the diamond frame model of the evolution impetuses to demonstrate the evolution mechanism, and provided the theoretical foundation and policy support for the establishment of construction market credit system.
