摘　　要：建设项目管理信息系统(PMIS)的发展并不成熟,其开发可能遇到技术、管理等多方面的风险。系统开发的管理者由于缺乏经验,对风险因素的管理主观、零散且盲目,导致开发项目的失败。本文综合层次分析法和模糊评估法对风险因素发生的概率、发生后的影响程度和综合影响程度进行量化,为管理者控制风险提供依据。The development of project management information system （PMIS） for construction projects is not mature which encounters the risks in technology and management. The lack of risk management experiences for system managers whose attitudes to risk factors tend to be subjective, scattered and blind results in the failure of projects development. This paper integrated the analytic hierarchy process with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to quantify the probability of risk factors occurrence, the impact after risk occurrence and the comprehensive influence, which provides the basis for risk control for the managers.
