垂体后叶素预处理宫腔镜下黏膜下子宫肌瘤电切术对血钠的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨垂体后叶素预处理宫腔镜下黏膜下子宫肌瘤电切术对血钠的影响。方法 2008年8月～2009年10月在该院住院治疗黏膜下子宫肌瘤87例,随机分为垂体后叶素预处理组及对照组行宫腔镜黏膜下子宫肌瘤电切术。结果经垂体后叶素预处理组与对照组手术时间差异无显著性(P>0.05),血钠变化预处理组小于对照组(P<0.05),术后随访与处理组与对照组临床症状改善,月经周期及量正常,两组差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论宫腔镜下黏膜下子宫肌瘤电切术垂体后叶素预处理可减少血钠降低,减少稀释性低钠血症发生。【Objective】To observe the influence of pituitrin pretreatment on blood natrium density in hysteroscope submucous myoma electrosection. 【Method】87 patients in our hospital from August 2008 to October 2009 were separated randomly into pretreatment group and comparison group. Hysteroscope submucous myoma electrosection were carried on for both groups. 【Results】There was no statistical difference between the average operation time for the two groups （P〉0.05）,while the natrium density change in the pretreatment group was below that in comparison group （P〈0.05）. Through random visiting after surgery,we found that clinlcal symptom was both relieved in two groups,and that there was no statistical difference between the menstrual cycle and bleeding for the two groups （P〉0.05）. 【Conclusions】Pituitrin pretreatment in hysteroscope submucous myoma electrosection can decrease natrium density change and occurrence of hyponatremia.
