摘 要:气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备(Gas-insulated metal-enclosure switchgear,简称GIS),因其运行可靠性高、维护方便、占地面积小等优点,越来越得到广泛应用。然而,由于GIS设备采取全封闭且内部充有SF6绝缘气体的绝缘结构,给通过常规试验准确判断内部故障状态及位置带来困难。采用X射线数字成像检测系统,可以对设备内部结构进行成像,达到"可视化"检测目的,为设备故障的快速诊断及状态检修提供技术支持。Gas insulator switchgears, referred to as GISs, with advantages of running high reliability, convenient maintenance and small footprint, are widely used in recent years. However, due to the all-closed structure, the GIS equipment, filled with SF6 gas, makes it difficult to determine locations of internal faults accurately by conventional tests. X-ray digital imaging detection system can image the internal structure of the device to achieve the visualization of the equipment failure tests, and can provide technical supports for fast diagnoses and condition-based maintenances.
