摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜下垂体后叶素联合荷包断血行输卵管间质部妊娠清除术与传统开腹手术的治疗效果。方法对该院收治的40例输卵管间质部妊娠的患者,随机分为腹腔镜下垂体后叶素联合荷包断血行输卵管间质部妊娠清除术组(观察组)20例与开腹手术组20例(对照组),对两组术中、术后情况进行比较分析。结果观察组术中出血量、手术时间、离床活动时间、肛门排气时间、住院时间,各指标均优于对照组(P<0.01);术后1个月随访均无持续性异位妊娠发生。结论对于腹腔镜下垂体后叶素联合荷包断血行输卵管间质部妊娠清除术是安全有效的,与开腹手术组比较有明显优势。[Objective]To discuss the treatment effect of clear surgery using pituitrin and pouch suturing to stop bleeding under laparoscopy versus traditional lapartomy on interstitial tubal pregnancy. [Methods]40 patients suffering from interstitial pregnancy in our hospital were divided randomly into 2 groups of 20 patients, one observation group and one control group. The observation group received clear surgery using pituitirn and pouch suturing to stop bleeding under laparoscopy while the control group received traditional laparotomy. A comparative analysis of the two groups situations were conducted during and after surgery. [Results]The observation group which received clear surgery had a less amount of bleeding and shorter operation time, time constrained to bed, anal exhaust time and time in hospital than that of the control group （P 〈0.01）. Follow-up observation after one month showed absence of persistent ectopic pregnancy within this group. [Conclusions]This research shows that clear surgery using pituitrin and pouch suturing to stop bleeding under laparoscopy is a safe and effective method for use in interstitial tubal pregnancy and has obvious advantages when compared with traditional laparotomy.
