摘 要:目的总结3DMax补片免固定腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术的临床应用体会和经验。方法 2007年7月~2009年6月暨南大学附属华侨医院微创外科应用3DMax补片行免固定腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术。结果全部手术均获成功,经腹腹膜前补片植入术(TAPP)21例,腹腔镜全腹膜外补片植入术(TEP)34例。单侧疝手术时间20~105min,双侧疝手术时间35~90min,术后3~5d出院。术后发生阴囊血清肿1例,2例有轻度疼痛。随访3~26个月,无复发病例。结论 3DMax补片免固定腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术效果安全可靠,操作更为简便易行,并发症发生率低。[Objective]To summarize clinical application and experience using 3Dmax mesh without fixation during laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair.[Methods]A total of 55 cases of inguinal hernia underwent laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair using 3DMax mesh without fixation from July 2007 to June 2009.[Results]The operation for all patients was performed successfully under the laparoscope, with operating time from 20 to 105 minutes for unilateral hernioplasty, from 35 to 90 minutes for bilateral hernioplasty. Transabdominal pre-peritoneal (TAPP) and totally extraperitoneal (TEP) were performed on 21 and 34 cases, respectively. The patients were discharged 3~5 d after operation. Only 1 case of scrotal serum happened after operation,and two patients had minor pain. No hernia recurrence was found in follow-up for 3~26 months.[Conclusions]The laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair using 3Dmax mesh without fixation can be performed safely and reliably. The application of 3DMax mesh makes the operative procedure more convenient, without fixation makes complications less.
