摘　　要：通过"申请政府信息公开"获取我国省级政府、上海区县政府和上海政府部门三类政府网站的建设费用,即政府网站成本。用ALEXA的网站访问量统计数据为变量,类比已上市商业网站的收入,用SPSS软件构造数学模型,并结合现实情况修正模型,测算政府网站的名义收入,进而计算出政府网站的名义利润。最后给出结论。In this paper, the costs of three kinds of government websites are obtained by the application for the government information publicity. And compared with business websites, the incomes of government websites are calculated based on the pageviews. So benefits are easily figured out.
