摘　　要：以美国图书馆法为主要素材,从融入管理机构职责、良好的资助制度、注重政府的引导职能、关注利益平衡机制、强调横向联合、详细规定联盟的功能和服务项目等角度,分析阐述美国图书馆法中为图书馆联盟的建立和运行所提供的支持,并在此基础上,建议我国图书馆法应为图书馆联盟的建设提供制度保障、完善利益平衡机制和拓宽横向合作方式。Based on the content analysis of American library laws, the characters of its provisions concerning the library cooperation were summarized from the angles of merging into the responsibility of the administrator, good financial aid regulation, emphasis on the leading role of the government, etc, then some suggestions for our library law to support the development of library cooperation were proposed.
