摘　　要：目的探讨腹部手术切口结核的病因及临床表现,寻找腹部手术切口难以愈合的原因。方法收集、总结多年来收治的出现腹部手术后难以愈合的伤口、后经病理证实为结核感染并经抗结核治疗成功治愈的病例资料。结果腹部手术后切口出现难以愈合的窦道或结节时,应考虑并发结核感染,并行抗结核治疗才能促使伤口愈合。结论结核是部分腹部手术后切口难以愈合的真正原因。【Objective】To probe the cause and clinical manifestation of the tuberculosis on incision of abdominal operation,to search for the cause of incision hard to heal of abdominal operation.【Methods】Summarized the case that cured incision delayed union of abdominal operation in our hospital many years,and these case were confirmed through pathological examination and treated as tuberculosis.【Results】Only when we ponder and treat it,the incision delayed union of abdominal sinus tract and tubercler would be healed that debrided many times.【Conclusion】 The tuberculosis is the genuine cause of parts of incisions that hard to heal of abdominal operation.
