摘 要:本文对广州新电视塔圆钢管环梁、支撑、牛腿、圆钢管混凝土立柱相互之间直接焊接节点的抗弯刚度性能进行了试验研究和数值分析,介绍了节点弹性抗弯刚度的测试和评价方法。研究表明,在结构分析时斜撑与立柱、环梁与牛腿、牛腿与立柱等焊接节点可作为刚性连接处理。与钢管-钢管焊接节点相比,钢管-钢管混凝土焊接节点在支管弯矩作用下的主管管壁转动变形显著减小,该变形主要来自支管受拉侧的主管顶壁与混凝土趋于脱开的变形。主管内再设置环向加劲肋有助于进一步提高节点刚度和强度,但是至少应在受拉侧的冠点设置。The bending rigidity of welded joints of tubular beam, brace, bracket and concrete-filled tubular column in Guangzhou new TV tower is investigated both experimentally and numerically. Test and evaluation methods for elastic bending rigidity of the joints are presented. It is concluded that the welded joints of diagonal bracing to column, ring beam to bracket and bracket to column can be treated as rigid connections for structural analysis of the tubular truss. In comparison with the CHS to CHS welded joint, the rotation of chord wall in the CHS to CFCHS joint subjected to bending of the branch becomes much smaller, which mainly comes from the deformation due to separation between the chord wall and concrete at the tensile side of the branch. An additional ring stiffener inside the chord can increase the rigidity and strength of the joint, but it should be at least placed at the crown position of the branch tensile side.
