摘 要:传统压风机的电动机存在恒转速运行耗能大的问题。为达到节能目标,采用开关磁阻调速电动机驱动压风机,根据风量、风压与电动机转速、电流的关系,实施全闭环数控,并应用于20m3压风机。通过数字功率计对其运行过程进行了监测。结果表明,此方法节能达50%,且具有可靠、高效、智能数控、省人省力的优势,特别适合矿井压风机的运行需求,实现了节能降耗的目标。The traditional motor used for driving air compressors has the problem of large energy consumption while operating with constant rotary speed.In order to save energy,switched reluctance motor with variable speed was used to drive the air compressor.According to the relationship between air quantity and pressure of the air compressor with rotary speed and current of the motor,numerical control of fully closed loop was actualized and applied to 20 m3 air compressor.The operation process was monitored by the digital dynamometer.The results show that the method can save energy of 50% and features the advantages of high reliability,high efficiency,intelligent numerical control and less manpower,which is very suitable for the operation requirements of mine air compressor and the realization of energy saving and consumption reduction.
