摘  要:为解磁选机磁系的磁场特性,进而为设计和优化新型永磁磁选机提供依据,采用MangNet软件对对极式永磁磁选机的磁系进行了磁场特性的数值研究。结果表明,在磁极表面至几何对称中心处,磁场强度均是随着距磁极表面的距离的增大呈指数式递减,磁场强度随着分选空间距离的变小而增大,且距离越小分选空间的磁场分布均匀性越好。磁场强度随着组成磁极的永磁体块数的增加而增大,但增幅较小;且磁场强度随着永磁体块数的增加,分选空间的磁场分布均匀性亦越好。气隙磁场强度与永磁体块数存在着最佳关系。To understand the characteristics of magnetic fields of magnetic system of magnetic separators and provide a basis for the design and optimization of permanent magnetic separator,numerical simulation of the characteristics of magnetic fields of magnetic system of opposite-pole permanent magnetic separator was studied with software MagNet.The results show that the intensity of magnetic field exponentially decreases along with the increase in distance from the surface of magnetic poles to the geometric center of symmetry,and increases along with the diminishing of separation space.The smaller the separation space,the better the homogeneousness of magnetic field.As the number of permanent magnets constituting the magnetic pole increases,the intensity of magnetic field increases with a little increment,and the homogeneousness of magnetic field of separation space becomes better.There is the best relationship between the intensity of magnetic field of air gap and the number of permanent magnet blocks.
