摘 要:低温等离子体催化是一种新型的污染物处理技术,将高介电常数的球形催化剂置于介质阻挡放电(DBD)装置放电气隙内,是低温等离子体-催化剂系统的常见类型。为了探讨介质球填充对介质阻挡放电装置工作性能的影响,进行了基于电压-电荷李萨如图形原理的试验研究,结果表明,采用介质球填充介质阻挡放电装置的放电区域,可有效降低起始放电电压,增加放电功率,导致上述试验结果的原因,在于介质球填充介质阻挡放电装置后,介质阻挡放电装置的气隙区域会产生场强增强现象。Experiments based on Q-U Lissajous figures were carried out to investigate the effect of dielectric ball filling on working performance of DBD devices.The results show that the initial discharge voltage can be reduced and the discharge power of DBD devices can be increased effectively by using dielectric ball to fill the discharge zone.The larger volume of discharge zone and the smaller size of the dielectric ball are,the more significant increment of the discharge power will be.When the structure of the DBD device are given,the smaller size of the dielectric ball,the more significant decrease of the initial discharge voltage.Theoretical analysis of the experimental results show when the air gaps of DBD devices are filled by dielectric balls,electric field strength would be enhanced in the air gap of the DBD devices,and this would be of benefit to the promotion of the DBD devices.
