摘  要:对再生铅冶炼废渣的化学特性进行了分析,研究含铅废渣掺入量对矿渣水泥性质的影响,实现含铅废渣的综合利用。实验发现用铅冶炼废渣代替30%以下钢渣原料,对矿渣水泥的性质没有影响,水泥性能指标符合国家标准。用含铅废渣取代钢渣生产矿渣水泥,使水泥工业的原料来源更广,可降低水泥生产成本5%-6%。The chemical properties of a residue of secondary lead melting were analyzed,the effect of mixing amount of the residue containing lead on characters of slag cement was studied,and as a result the utilization of the residue was realized.Tests showed that there would be no any influence on the character of the slag cement when the mixing amount of the melting residue to substitute for cement was less than 30%,and the capability index of the slag cement was found to meet the national standard.The replacement of steel slag cement by residues containing lead not only expand the sources of raw materials of cement industry,but also can reduce the production cost of the cement 5%-6%.
