摘  要:针对砂岩质煤矸石硅含量高、可塑性低的特点,通过大量试验,研究利用其制作合格烧结砖的方法。通过分析砂岩质煤矸石及添加剂的化学成分,不同添加剂对瘠性物料的增塑机理,以及不同配比方案的综合热分析,研究了添加剂对砂岩质煤矸石烧结砖的影响,发现通过优选添加剂的种类和掺加比例,选取适宜的焙烧温度,砂岩质煤矸石也能够成为制砖原料,为砂岩质煤矸石的资源化利用开辟新的途径。According to the characters of Sandrock coal gangue having high level of silicon content and lower plasticity,technique to sinter acceptable brick using sandrock coal gangue was studied by a large number of experiments.Through analyzing chemical compositions of sandrock coal gangue and the additives,the plasticizing mechanism of different additives on the lean material,the comprehensive thermal analysis of different addition ratio of additive,the influences of additives to sandrock coal gangue sintered brick were studied.It was found that sandrock coal gangue can used to sinter brick through the optimum selection of the kind and addition ratio of the additives,and selecting feasible calcination temperature.It is a new way to utilize sandrock coal gangue as a resource.
