发展矿业循环经济的潜力与对策研究

摘　　要：发展矿业循环经济是解决资源供求矛盾和环境污染的有效途径。综合利用是矿业循环经济的一个方面。我国矿产资源综合利用水平较低,潜力大。当前矿业循环经济工作滞后的根本原因是主体的价值追求与循环经济的价值体现之间的矛盾突出。推进循环经济必须将循环经济的经济效益归企业,加强政府对市场的干预,形成政府引导、企业实践、市场考核的良性互动机制。注重试点和示范作用。Promoting mining circular economy is the efficiency way to release the contradiction between supply and demand of mineral resources and environmental pollution.Comprehensive utilization is one aspect of circular economy in mining.The level of comprehensive utilization of mineral resources is lower in china,with big potential.In china,the primary cause of less development in mining circular economy is that there is remarkable difference between the value pursuit of execution＇s bodies and the value reflection of circular economy.It is necessary to give economy benefits to enterprises in promoting circular economy,and strengthen government＇s in the market,form a favorable interaction system of government guides,enterprises＇execution and market transmission.It is important to pay attention to the function of experimental and exemplary projects.
