摘　　要：本文分析了知识产权制度对资源共享的约束和促进作用，说明只有在遵守知识产权制度的前提下，我国的文献资源共享才能沿着法制轨道走上高效发展的道路。Abstract This paper analyzes that the intellectual rights can restrict or develop the share of information. Only in the way of obeying the rules of the intellectual rights,can the share of information develop along the track of legal system quickly and steadily.
