摘　　要：江泽民同志创造性地提出"社会主义政治文明"的科学概念,对我国民主政治建设特别是政党制度建设产生了深远影响。以1989年12月30日颁布的《中共中央关于坚持和完善中国共产党领导的多党合作制度和政治协商制度的意见》为起点,中国政党制度完成了由实然走向应然的过程,并由此开始了政治文明视阈下政党制度理论的创新发展。The scientific concept of the 'civilization of the socialist politics' proposed by Jiang Zemin has made far-reaching influence on the construction of China's democracy in general and the construction of the party's system in particular.With Ideas of the Central Committee of CPC in Adhering and Perfecting the Multi-Party Operative System and Political Consultative System Led by CPC as the starting point,the party system of China has completed the process from what-it-was to what-it-should-be and started the innovative development of the party theory in the direction of political civilization.
