子痫前期孕妇孕中期血脂、Hs-CRP水平及临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨子痫前期(Preeclampsia)患者孕中期血脂、超敏C反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)的变化及其临床意义。方法:以90例子痫前期患者作为研究组,其中子痫前期轻度组50例及重度组40例,并收集50例同期正常孕妇女作为对照组,分析孕中期测定的TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C、Hs-CRP。结果:正常妊娠孕妇孕中期血TC、HDL-C、LDL-C、Hs-CRP水平处于正常值范围,TG水平有升高的趋势;子痫前期妊娠孕妇血TC、TG明显高于正常值范围,但HDL-C、LDL-C、Hs-CRP处于正常值范围,与正常妊娠对照组比较:TC、TG、LDL-C、Hs-CRP水平有升高,差异有统计学意义,以TG升高最为明显,其次为Hs-CRP、TC、LDL-C,两组之间HDL-C水平差异没有显著性;子痫前期轻度及重度TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、Hs-CRP无明显差异。结论:正常妊娠中期TG水平有升高的趋势,子痫前期患者存在明显的脂类及Hs-CRP水平异常。Objective：To compare serum lipids and high sensitivity C-reactive protein （Hs-CRP） in second trimester in preeclamptic women and normal pregnant women.Methods：The data was collected from 50 mild preeclamptic women,40 severe preeclamptic women and 50 normal pregnant women,The blood samples were collected and analyzed for cholesterol （TC）,triglyceride（TG）,high-density lipoprotein （HDL-C）,low-density lipoprotein （LDL-C） and Hs-CRP.Results：The serum TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,Hs-CRP in normal pregnant women was in normal range and TG slightly high;Preeclamptic women has high level of TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,Hs-CRP,Contrast with normal pregnant women,TC,TG,LDL-C,Hs-CRP was higher,especially of TG.The HDL-C have no difference in two group.The TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,Hs-CRP in mild and severe preeclamptic women has no significant difference.Conclusion：The results suggest normal pregnant women in second trimester has a high level of TG,the preeclampsia has serum lipids disorder and Hs-CRP.
