摘  要:探讨两种纱线细度及竹炭纬纱密度变化对织物保健功能指标的影响。通过测试7种细号纱织物和7种粗号纱织物的保暖率、传热系数、透气量、负离子发生数、苯吸附率,对织物结构参数与保健功能指标进行了相关分析,并对其相关系数进行了配对分析。研究发现,纱线细度的变化能明显改变织物的保暖率、传热系数、透气性、负离子发生数、苯吸附率;纱线细度变化而引起的织物结构参数变化对保暖率、透气量、负离子发生数的相关性影响不大,而对传热系数、苯吸附率的相关性影响较大。Effect of two kinds yarn fineness and bamboo carbon weft density change on fabric healthcare function were discussed. Through testing warmth retention rate, heat transfer coefficient, air permeability, negative ion number, benzene absorption rate of seven fine yarn fabric and seven coarse yarn fabrics, fabric structural parameter and health care function indexes were analyzed relatively, the relative coefficient was matched and contrasted. The research shows that fabric warmth retention rate, heat transfer coefficient, air permeability, negative ion number and benzene absorption rate would be changed obviously as yarn fineness changes. Fabric structural parameter change caused by yarn fineness changes effect warmth retention rate, air permeability, negative ion number consistently, while effect heat transfer coefficient and benzene absorption rate inconsistently larger.
