短季棉灯芯绒织物的性能测定

摘　　要：研究超早熟短季棉灯芯绒织物的性能。测试了短季棉灯芯绒织物、普通细绒棉灯芯绒织物和涤腈灯芯绒织物的刚柔性、悬垂性、折痕回复性、摩擦因数、接触冷暖感、热传导率、保暖率等指标,并进行对比分析。结果表明,短季棉灯芯绒织物除了悬垂性、弹性回复率、导热性较普通细绒棉灯芯绒织物差外,其他性能均好于或等于普通细绒棉灯芯绒织物,但某些性能不如化纤灯芯绒织物好。Property of short-quarter cotton corduroy fabric was studied. Rigid flexible,drapability,crease recovery, friction factor, warm-cooling feeling, warmth retention rate and thermal conductivity of short-quarter cotton corduroy fabric, common medium cotton corduroy fabric and polyester acrylic corduroy fabric were tested and analyzed. The result show that drapability,elastic recovery rate and thermal conductivity of short-quarter cotton corduroy fabric are worse,the other property is better or near contrasted to common medium cotton corduroy fabric, while some property is worse than that of chemical corduroy fabric.
