镀银纤维摩擦性能及其适配油剂研究

摘　　要：探讨镀银纤维用于纺纱加工时的理想上油量。分别测试了镀银纤维间,镀银纤维与粘胶、涤纶、棉、钢辊和胶辊间的摩擦因数,根据镀银纤维的摩擦性质设计了镀银纤维的纺纱油剂配方,对镀银纤维不同上油量时的摩擦性质进行了测试,确定了镀银纤维纺纱的理想上油量为1%～2%。Ideal finish oil amount of spinning silver-planted fiber was discussed. Friction coefficient between silverplated fiber,silver-plated fiber and viscose, silver-planted and polyester, silver-planted and cotton, silver-planted and steel roll, silver-planted and rubber-covered roll, spinning finish oil formula was designed according to silver-plated fiber fric- tion property. Friction of silver-plated fiber was tested when adopting different finish oil amount. The ideal finish oil amount of spinning silver-plated fiber is 1% to 2%.
