摘  要:探讨细纱机赛络紧密纺改造的方法和效果。针对原改造样机存在的问题,结合企业生产实际,与设备制造商密切合作,进一步改进和完善了原样机改造方案。通过改进粗纱架和负压风道设计方案,对异形管与喇叭口采取有效的定位措施,优选双槽集聚孔形状和中心距,合理制定生产品种的相关工艺,结果使细纱机赛络紧密纺改造获得较好的效果,投产后表现出生产效率提高、生产环境改善、维修简单方便且费用低、质量稳定可靠等优势。Method and effect of modification with sirospun compact spinning technology were discussed. According to original sample machine existing problems and enterprise production practice, cooperating with equipment manufacture, modification case of original sample machine was improved and perfected further. Through modifying design case of creel and negative pressure duct, position measures on profiled tube and condenser funnel were adopted effectively, double-groove nesting holes shape and center distance were optimized. Relative processing was set rationally, finally the modification effect is better, production efficiency could be improved, environment could be improved, maintenance is simple and cost is lower, quality is stable etc.
