摘 要:目的了解无锡男性尖锐湿疣皮损HPV基因亚型的分布状况。方法采用基因分型芯片方法检测23种基因亚型,高危型18种:HPV-16,18,31,33,35,39,45,51,52,53,56,58,59,66,68,73,83,MM4和低危型5种:HPV-6,11,42,43,44。结果 100例临床标本中阳性率为98%。检出率最高依次为11型、6型、16型。25%患者存在多重感染。结论 HPV11、6、16型感染是男性尖锐湿疣发病的主要型别,且HPV感染趋于多重化。Objective To investigate the distribution of human papilloma virus (HPV) genotypes in male patients with condyloma acuminate in Wuxi city. Methods Total of 23 genotypes including 18 high-risk genotypes(HPV-16, 18, 31, 33, 35, 39, 45, 51, 52, 53, 56, 58, 59, 66, 68, 73, 83, MM4) and 5 low-risk genotypes(HPV-6, 11, 42, 43, 44 )were analyzed in patients using DNA array. Results The positive rate was 98% in 100 clinical samples. The most frequent genotypes were HPV-11, 6 and 16 respectively. The multi-HPV-genotype infection rate was 25%. Conclusion HPV-11, 6, 16 might be the major genotypes in Wuxi male patients with condyloma acuminate. Multiple-genotype infection was very popular in patients with HPV infection.
