摘 要:目的探讨阿藿烯对家兔血小板聚集作用的影响。方法体外给药,以二磷酸腺苷(ADP)、凝血酶(Thr)作诱导剂,比浊法测定血小板聚集率,观察阿藿烯对血小板聚集的抑制作用及量效关系。结果高、中剂量阿藿烯可降低由ADP所诱导的血小板最大聚集率(P<0.01),血小板聚集抑制率(AIR)可达57%和70%;高、中、低剂量阿藿烯均可降低由Thr所诱导的血小板最大聚集率(P<0.01),AIR分别达49%,81%和87%,作用强度随阿藿烯剂量的增加而增强。结论阿藿烯对由ADP和凝血酶所诱导的血小板聚集具有较强的抑制作用。Objective To investigate the inhibitive effect of ajoene on adenosine diphosphate(ADP)-induced platelet aggregation in rabbits.Methods ADP and thrombase were used to induce platelet aggregation and platelet function was evaluated by turbidimetry to observe the effect of ajoene on platelet aggregation in vitro.Results Ajoene of high and medium dosage decreased maximum platelet aggreation(P 0.01) and increased platelet aggregation inhibitive rate(AIR) by 57% and 70%(P 0.01) in rabbits treated with ADP.Ajoene of high,medium and low dosage decreased maximum platelet aggregation rate(P 0.01) and increased AIR by 49%,81%,and 87% in rabbits treated with thrombase.The inhibitive effect was enhanced by increased dose of ajoene.Conclusion Ajoene can obviously inhibit platelet aggregation induced by ADP and thrombase in rabbits.
