摘  要:如何延长氯盐环境中钢筋混凝土结构的使用寿命已经成为混凝土耐久性设计的主要目标。通过交流阻抗法评价配合比、掺合料和表面涂层对混凝土氯离子扩散性的影响,基于试验结果,定量分析了混凝土交流电阻随水灰比、最大骨料直径、骨料级配、粉煤灰掺量、耐蚀剂和表面涂层的变化特性,并给出了相应的解释,发现水灰比、骨料级配、粉煤灰和表面涂层对交流电阻的影响较大,这些结论可为钢筋混凝土结构的耐久性设计提供理论依据。How to prolong the service life of steel reinforced concrete structures located in a chloride-laden environment has become a main objective of the durability design of concrete.The influence of mix proportions,admixtures,and surface coating on the chloride diffusivity of concrete is evaluated by the AC impedance method.Based on the experimental results,the variation characteristics of the AC resistance of concrete with the water to cement ratio,maximum aggregate diameter,aggregate gradation,fly ash dosage,anti-corrosion product,and surface coating are analyzed in a quantitative manner and the corresponding explanations are given.It is found that the water to cement ratio,aggregate gradation,fly ash,and surface coating have a larger influence on the AC resistance.These conclusions can provide theoretical evidence for the durability design of steel reinforced concrete structures.
