摘 要:研究钢纤维种类、钢纤维体积率、钢纤维长径比及聚丙烯体积率对混杂纤维混凝土强度和韧性的影响。根据18组混杂纤维混凝土和1组普通高性能混凝土抗压强度和劈拉强度试验结果,采用多元统计分析方法直观分析法比较了各因素对混杂纤维混凝土强度和韧性的影响程度。结果表明:聚丙烯体积率对抗压强度、抗拉强度、拉压比影响最大,钢纤维外形、钢纤维体积率次之,钢纤维长径比影响最小。研究表明加入适量的钢纤维和聚丙烯纤维可提高混杂纤维混凝土的强度和韧性。In order to investigate the strength and toughness of hybrid fiber reinforced high performance concrete (HFRHPC),the splitting tensile strength and compressive strength of 18 different groups of specimens with steel fiber and polypropylene fiber and 1 group contradistinctive HPC specimen were tested according to the orthogonal experimental design.The contributory factors such as types of steel fiber geometry,length/diameter aspect ratio of steel fiber,steel fiber and polypropylene fiber volume fraction were analyzed.Influence of all kinds of factors on the Strength and toughness of hybrid fiber reinforced high performance concrete was compared by direct-viewing analysis of the orthogonal experimental design.Results of orthogonal experiment illuminate that various parameters of fibers have different effect on the strength and toughness of HPC.Polypropylene fiber volume fraction plays the most important role in improving strength whereas length/diameter aspect ratio of steel fiber has minimum effect..Thus adding a reasonable volume of hybrid fibers to high performance concrete can increase the strength and toughness.
