一氧化氮对孕鼠体内内皮素、血栓素B_2、6-酮前列腺素水平的影响

摘  要:通过4组40只SD系雌性大鼠,人工阻断一氧化氮(NO),研究NO减少对孕鼠体内内皮素(ET)、血栓素B_2(TXB-2)、6-酮前列腺素F_1α(6-Keto-PGF_1α)水平的影响。 在给晚期妊娠及未妊娠大鼠阻断NO5天后,测其血浆ET、TXB_2、6-Keto-PGF_1α值。结果妊娠大鼠ET、TXB_2、6-Keto-PGF_1α值均升高、TXB_2/6-Keto-PEFlα比值降低。未妊娠大鼠血浆ET升高,6-Keto-PGF_1α降低,TXB_2无显著变化,TXB_2/6-Keto-PGF_1α比值升高。作为代偿和保护机制,妊娠大鼠6-Keto-PGF_1α及TXB_2/6-Keto-PGF_1α比值下降,而未妊娠大鼠无此代偿效应。To investigate the influence of NO on serum endothlin(ET), thromboxane B2(TXB2) and 6-keto-PGF1α levels in pregnant rats, the synthesis of NO in four groups of 10 SD rats each were studied. These four groups were composed of: (1) 10 pregnant rats treated with the NO synthetic enzyme inhibitor L-NAME, (2) 10 pregnant rats treated with normal saline, (3) 10 non-pregnant rats trated with L-NAME, (4) 10 non-pregnant rats treated with normal saline. After inhibition of NO sysnthesis for five days, ET, TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1α in plasma of the rats were measured. The results showed that ET, TXB2 and 6-Keto-PGF1α were higher and TXB2/6-Keto-PGF1α was lower than those of controls(ie with saline injection only)in the late pregnant rats. ET and TXB2/6-Keto-PGF1α were higher and 6-Keto-PGF1α was lower than those in the controls, but TXB2 had no significant change in the unpregnant rats. As a kind of compensatory and protective mechanism, 6-Keto-PGF1α and TBX2/6-Keto-PGF1α were lower in the pregnant rats for possible hypertension but the unpregnant rats had no such compensatory mechenism.
