摘  要:为了探寻小黑麦适宜的氮素水平,在田间条件下,研究了氮素水平对小黑麦东农5305和东农96026旗叶叶绿素荧光参数的影响。结果表明,小黑麦旗叶最大荧光产量Fm开花后呈M形曲线变化趋势,且随施氮量的增加而有所下降;旗叶最大光化学量子产量Fv/Fm均随施氮量的增加而升高;施氮处理旗叶非光化学淬灭qN低于N0处理;旗叶光化学淬灭qP呈单峰曲线变化,且施氮处理明显高于N0处理。两个小黑麦品种叶绿素荧光参数的变化基本一致。In order to explore the appropriate nitrogen levels of Triticale,we studied effects of nitrogen application levels on chlorophyll fluorescence parameter of flag leaf on Triticale varieties "Dongnong 5305" and "Dongnong 96026" under field conditions.The results showed that maximal fluorescence of flag leaf of triticale displayed M-shaped curve after flowering,and decreased with the increasing of the amount of nitrogen application.Maximum photochemical quantum yield of flag leaf increased with the increasing of the amount of nitrogen application.Non-photochemical quenching of flag leaves was lower in N treatment than N0 treatment.Chemical quenching of flag leaf showed a single peak curve,and that with the N treatment was significantly higher than that with N0 treatment.The changes of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters in the two Triticale varieties were basically the same.
